- Create visibility of the current project investment landscape and its connection to the organisation’s strategic objectives
- Identify and assess the organisation’s portfolio and investment management maturity (to identify a baseline for change)
- Agree short, medium and long-term objectives for changing/improving the organisation’s portfolio and investment management maturity
- Develop and implement the processes, organisation and tools required to support the desired change in maturity
- Embed the behaviours required to sustain this change within the organisation.
Whether at a business unit or corporate level, we typically do this directly with the CEO, CFO, CIO or Strategy Director.
