Written by two Deloitte consultants this book’s title is somewhat misleading as it does cover the space from Strategic Management to Project Management. In particular chapters 2 and 3 cover the link between strategic objectives and portfolio management and are well worth a look. Having said that, the bulk of the book is devoted to exploring programme management in great depth and is probably really only for those with a deep interest in that topic. |
